Breakfast casserole

Combine some of your favorite breakfast foods into one dish! The leftovers are great for another breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You may also substitute bacon for sausage.

Ingredients
- (10-12) Pastured Eggs
- (1/2 cup heavy cream or whole milk) Raw Cows Milk
- (1/2 teaspoon) Salt
- (1/2 teaspoon ) Pepper
- (1 cup, shredded) Cheddar cheese
- (1 pound) Pork Sausage
- (1/2 teaspoon) Oregano
- (1/2 teaspoon) Sage
- (1 large) Raw Potato
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a 9"x 13" glass pan with butter
Instructions: Crumble and brown the sausage. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and cream and pour into the buttered dish. Shred 1 potato and 1 cup cheddar dish into your dish. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and sage. Add cooked sausage. Mix. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top turns golden brown.
