Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a 9"x 13" glass pan with butter
Instructions: Crumble and brown the sausage. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and cream and pour into the buttered dish. Shred 1 potato and 1 cup cheddar dish into your dish. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and sage. Add cooked sausage. Mix. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top turns golden brown.
