- (1 roast or 4 pork chops) Pork Roast
- (1/2 bottle) Italian Dressing
This recipe is simple and tasty. It only takes two ingredients and about one minute to put together.
- Add one pork roast or a few pork chops into a crock pot.
- Add half a bottle of your favorite Italian dressing.
- Turn on low.
- Walk away.
Return in 3-5 hours (depending on how much meat you put in). Your pork is done when the internal temp reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the meat and let it rest about ten minutes before eating. If you cook it to 160 or higher, the meat will not be as tender.
Serve with side dishes of your choice.
